This is Billy the neighborhood cat. We thought at first that Coops had a crush on him, but later we found that she wanted him nowhere near her territory. While she was in her tent Billy came up to the side of the tent and Coops charged at him and from pushing on the wall of the tent pushed the whole thing about a foot and a half! "Don't mess with my family" she told him.
